There are countless embassies, banks, financial institutes, savings and credit cooperatives or even ministries that ask for bank certificates to show sufficient funds for different kinds of paperwork.

Bank certificates are usually required for applying a visa, be it for the foreigners in Ecuador or for Ecuadorians abroad.

For example, the embassy of the United Kingdom requires a recent bank certificate and account statements for the last 3 or 6 months depending on the visa. The embassies of the United States, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia or South Korea also require it.

If you have to present the bank certificates in Ecuador and they come from abroad, they must be translated to Spanish by a certified translation agency, such as 9h05 Inc., and the translation must be recognized before a notary public of Ecuador.

In contrast, if you need to present your bank certificates in a foreign embassy in Ecuador, the afore–mentioned certificates must be translated to the corresponding language (French, English, German, Italian, etc.). The certification issued by 9h05 Inc. is enough and accepted in the embassies.

In a nutshell, if you want to request a visa, a loan, a cash refund or apply for a university, you will probably have to translate the bank certificate that shows the economic solvency or certifies your bank information. At 9h05, we can translate this for you, and we can do a lot more.
