No. According to our quality protocol, your translation will be assigned to one of our qualified translators, who is a native speaker of the destination language and specialized in the subject of the document.
Once the provisional invoice has been issued, you can pay online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. Rates are invoiced in Euros or USD. You can also pay by bank transfer or cash, in our offices. 9h05 requires a deposit of at least 50% of the total cost before starting the translation process.
To streamline the translation process, you can upload your scanned documents to our website or through Dropbox. Once the translation is finished, we will send you the final electronic document in PDF format and / or a physical copy by Courier. We may need the originals of some documents. If this is necessary, we will notify you.
