Lo puedes acompa\u00f1ar con salsa de tomate o una salsa de cilantro con lim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Receta de Aloo 65 para 1-2 personas<\/p>\n<p>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 15 minutos<\/p>\n<p>Tiempo de cocina: 15 minutos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tiempo total: 30 minutos <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para el Aloo 65 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3 papas grandes (cortadas en cubitos)<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cucharada de sal<\/p>\n<p>1 cucharada de chile en polvo<\/p>\n<p>2 cucharadas de cilantro en polvo<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cucharada de <em>Garam Masala <\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cucharada de pimienta<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cucharada de c\u00farcuma<\/p>\n<p>1 cucharada pasta de ajo y jengibre<\/p>\n<p>1 cuchara de hinojo en polvo<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cucharada de yogur natural<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cucharada de sal<\/p>\n<p>2 cucharas de harina de trigo<\/p>\n<p>2 cucharas de harina de ma\u00edz\/maicena<\/p>\n<p>1-2 cucharas de agua<\/p>\n<p>1 pizca de colorante de comida<\/p>\n<p>3 tazas de aceite para fre\u00edr<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n de Aloo 65 <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pon las papas cortadas en una olla con bastante agua, hasta cubrir las papas, agrega \u00bd cucharada de sal.<\/li>\n<li>Prende la estufa y cocina las papas (alrededor de 5-6 minutos).<\/li>\n<li>Desecha el agua y deja las papas en la refrigeradora por unos 30 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>En una olla, mezcla todas las especias y harinas para hacer una pasta espesa, agrega las papas y mezcla bien.<\/li>\n<li>Calienta el aceite en un sart\u00e9n profundo y empieza a fre\u00edr las papas hasta dorarse.<\/li>\n<li>Sirve con cebolla fresca cortada y lim\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Disfruta de esta receta \u00fanica y sabrosa.
