Habitualmente servido en invierno por ser un poco pesado, ya que aportaba buena cantidad de calor\u00edas para poder afrontar el riguroso invierno de los empinados Alpes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 15 minutos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tiempo de cocci\u00f3n: 60 minutos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes (para 4 personas):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg de papas<\/li>\n<li>200 g \u00a0de tocino ahumado<\/li>\n<li>200 g de cebolla en rodajas<\/li>\n<li>1 queso de pasta blanda (normalmente se usa <em>reblochon<\/em>, pero al ser\u00a0dif\u00edcil de encontrar\u00a0aqu\u00ed, se puede usar un queso tipo camembert o brie)<\/li>\n<li>aceite\u00a0(2 cucharas soperas)<\/li>\n<li>ajo, sal,\u00a0pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Receta<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pele las papas, troc\u00e9elas en peque\u00f1os cubos, enju\u00e1guelas y s\u00e9quelas en un trapo limpio.<\/li>\n<li>Ponga a calentar el aceite en una sart\u00e9n; dore las rodajas de cebolla. Una vez doradas, agregue las papas cortadas en cubos, el tocino cortado en cubos y terminar de fre\u00edr.<\/li>\n<li>Por otro lado, corte el queso en tres o cuatro pedazos.
