Una vez listas, apl\u00e1stelas, agregue el huevo, la crema de leche, sal, pimienta, mantequilla y nuez moscada batiendo en\u00e9rgicamente. Reserve.<\/li>\n<li>En una sart\u00e9n, fr\u00eda la carne separando la carne para que se ventile. \u00c9chele sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n<li>Esparza la carne por el fondo de una fuente para horno. Cubra la carne con el pur\u00e9 caliente.<\/li>\n<li>Coloque el queso rallado por encima del pur\u00e9 y hornee a 180\u00baC durante 20 minutos o hasta que se gratine el queso en la superficie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Disfr\u00fatelo y sabor\u00e9elo.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Alternativa: puede reemplazar la carne de cerdo o res por pollo.
