Although in the past they accepted degrees in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese and Italian without an official translation <strong>this is no longer the case<\/strong>. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Now they don\u00b4t accept<\/span> degrees in any language but Spanish <strong>if they are not officially translated<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>REQUIREMENTS<\/h3>\n<p>If you want to register or homologate your degree in Ecuador, the requirements are now as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Original citizen identity card or passport with a copy in the case of foreigners or non-residents.<\/li>\n<li>Original degree, duly apostilled or legalized in an Ecuadorian consulate in the home country.<\/li>\n<li>Contact information of the foreign university where you studied: official email (with the domain name of the university), mailing address and a person to contact, including a phone number.<\/li>\n<li>If the university diploma is not in Spanish, an official, authorized translation must be attached:<strong>9h05 del Ecuador<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Remember that all foreign documents must be apostilled or legalized by an Ecuadorian consulate, otherwise they will reject your degree.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/6&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;5796&#8243; img_size=&#8221;medium&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>If your degrees or grade reports are not in Spanish, you need to<strong> have them translated<\/strong> at a certified and recognized translation agency such as<strong> 9h05 del Ecuador<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;5807&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Senescyt no longer accepts degrees and grade reports in any language but Spanish.
